Jesi discusses the undocumented violence on Black mothers throughout history and the trauma it has left not only in this country but for black and brown mothers everywhere. They further discuss the fears for their own safety in public spaces and more. While these topics are difficult and uncomfortable, it is important to bring stories like this to the forefront.
